The YWCA TechGYRLS® – S.T.E.A.M. Experience Series seeks to empower young girls in 3rd-8th grade (particularly underrepresented girls) in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math and to encourage them to pursue careers within these fields. Through collaboration with area organizations and businesses, each field visit provides a hands-on experience and is led by women within the S.T.E.A.M. industries.

Girls can participate in all the field visits or just choose the ones they are most interested in!
Each session costs $5; however, if the fee causes a financial burden, a waiver will be granted.

Note: This year—-registration indicates the time to be at the YWCA. The duration includes travel time from the YWCA to the visit, actual site visit, and travel time back to the YWCA. The exception is the UW Madison trip. We are waiting for site visit details.
