Gymnastics
The gymnast first; the sport second. This is a non-competitive program in which gymnast learns skills in a positive and safe environment. Each class will include floor, balance beam, uneven bars and stacked mat vaulting. For all genders.
Beginner Gymnastics 4-6 years old
This class allows your school age child to build their gymnastics abilities by focusing on skills like performing a bridge, cartwheels and handstands.

Intermediate Gymnastics 5-9 years old
Build on gymnastics abilities by increasing strength, flexibility and execution of skills. Learn to perform a variety of new moves comfortably and safely. Stretching, dancing and games will all be used to enhance the class.

Introductory Gymnastics 3-4 years old
This preschool class will focus on large motor skills and developing confidence on equipment. Each week your child will develop a sense of independence and confidence by engaging in stretching, songs, games and beginning gymnastics events.
